The security deposit is $2,500, with $500 refundable 30 days after the event, provided there are no damages to the venue. Deductions may be made for significant impacts on chandeliers, broken tables, or chairs. Clients have flexibility to create a payment plan, as long as the full payment is made 15 days before the event date.

  • We do not have catering onsite, meaning we allow clients to bring in their catering

  • BYOB (We do not have a liquor license. Meaning we allow clients to bring in their own alcohol as long as they provide a bartender that is Certified and has their RBS Training up to date)
  • Last Call is at 11:45 p.m.
• Cleaning Crew during and after event
• Set up hours from 9 a.m.-4 p. m.
• Load out is hours 12 a.m. -1a.m
• Event hours at 4:30 -12am
• Site manager during set up hours and during the event
• The rooftop is available for clients to take pictures with a photographer (not for a party)
