2. Do you set up the rentals, or do we have to do it ourselves? We offer convenient delivery and setup for most items! Our team will arrive at your scheduled time, place the equipment exactly where you want it, and come back to pick it up when your event is over. Just have the space cleared and ready for us.
3. What is your policy on damages or inclement weather? We understand that accidents happen! You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, you are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession. We highly recommend our damage waiver option at checkout for peace of mind. 4. How far in advance should I book my party rentals? To ensure availability, we recommend booking as soon as you have your date and guest count confirmed.
