Deposits & Order Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, the following non-refundable deposits are required:

  • Inventory Items: A 10% deposit (applied toward your final total).
  • Services: A 50% deposit (applied toward your final total).

Once your deposit is received, your date and items are officially secured.

Flexible Delivery & Pickup Options

We offer convenient timing for delivery and pickup at no additional charge:

  • Delivery can be scheduled for the day before your event.
  • Pickup can be scheduled for the day after your event.

Please note: This flexibility is for setup and breakdown convenience and does not extend the standard rental period. If items are required for an additional day, standard rental rates will apply.

To complete your order, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours of your online booking. You can also proactively call us at (310) 227-4409.

During this finalization, we will help you:

  • Confirm your preferred delivery and pickup windows.
  • Select your pickup location (Gardena or South Los Angeles).

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Please note that cancellation fees increase for events canceled within three months of the scheduled start date.
