Tent & Package Description

Our tent packages are designed for elegant and comfortable events. Your chosen package comes complete with:

• A sturdy frame and full draping (choose from our wide selection of colors).
• Elegant chandelier lighting: One chandelier is included for every 20 feet of tent length.
• A 100-foot heavy-duty extension cord.
• Four side walls.

Important Wall Selection: Please specify at checkout if you prefer walls with windows or without windows. If no preference is selected, our delivery team will default to installing walls with windows.

Flooring & Equipment: This package includes the tent structure only. Please let us know in advance if you require any special flooring (e.g., dance floor, turf) or additional equipment.

How to Calculate Capacity & Layout

All our capacities are based on a standard 10x10 foot area. To plan for your tent, first calculate how many 10x10 squares fit inside it.

• Example: A 20x20 tent = 4 squares (2 x 2). A 30x30 tent = 9 squares (3 x 3).

Per 10x10 Area (100 sq. ft.):

• Standing Reception: ~15 people.
• Seated Dining (Comfortable): Fits 2 rectangular tables (6ft or 8ft length).

Example for a 20x20 Tent (4 squares):

• Standing Reception: ~60 people (4 x 15).
• Seated Dining: Fits 8 rectangular tables (4 squares x 2 tables).
• Chandeliers: Includes 2 chandeliers (one per 20ft).

Booking, Delivery & Pickup Process

1. Secure Your Date: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event date.
2. Advance Planning: We recommend booking weeks or months in advance to ensure availability.
3. Delivery: Standard delivery occurs the day before your event.
4. Pickup: Standard pickup is the day after your event. Same-day pickup is available upon request (fee applies).
5. Final Confirmation: We will call you two days before your event to confirm all details.
